The flow below simplifies the steps we’ll go through to ensure your investment is the best it can be:

Personal phone call or face to face chat (if local) to:

• Clarify the details on your form including aligning on a delivery date

• If not provided, how to select the right image for us to work with

Deposit:

• After our initial call I will supply an invoice for the initial 50% non refundable deposit of £150 to secure your place on my wait list

• The balance of £199 will only be payable upon completion and prior to shipment

Providing a photo:

• The single most important step!

• A quality image of your pet or loved animal is a must, regrettably I cannot work from a blurry image

• When you upload your image I will check and confirm it’s the quality we need

Materials I use:

• I employ premium materials, utilising high-quality drafting film and lightfast pencils. This combination ensures the longevity and vibrancy of your pet's portrait, granting you a lifetime of enjoyment

• The drafting film possesses a stunning satin finish, allowing for intricate details and vibrant colours. Moreover, its opaque nature permits the incorporation of different coloured backgrounds, enabling personalisation that harmonises with your unique style

Working on your piece:

• Once commissioned, the deposit paid and image sent I begin work

• Each piece takes in access of 12 hrs to complete to fit within A4 (suitable for framing in A3 with mount)

Progression:

• I will only share a piece once I’m completely happy and I consider it finished

• I will always check in to show you the finished illustration before shipment or delivery to ensure it meets your expectations and for any minor tweaks

Delivery/Shipment

• For your peace of mind, the finished artwork will be hand delivered personally if local or shipped via Royal Mail

• Unless we have agreed otherwise I ship unframed and unmounted to allow you to select a frame suitable for your needs

• Every delivery is tracked and insured, at no additional cost

• If you are an international client, worldwide shipping can be arranged for an extra fee. Please be aware that you may need to pay any applicable customs or import charges
